Establishing a morning routine goes a long way to getting my day off to a good start. Tammy at TammysRecipes.com is hosting a weekly feature to encourage us to make our home a haven. She suggested a simple list of 5 things that we can do each morning that will give us a good start. Here is my list:
- have my Quiet Time with the Lord
- do my exercises for both physio and cardio
- shower and dress, do hair and make up
- start a load of laundry
- do school with the boys
This list isn't too exciting but I think if I gave it a consistent effort it would go a long way in helping me be a more peaceful person and therefore giving my family more peace. If you'd like to see what other people have on their lists check out, this post over on Tammy's site.
